Food trap

Quick Tip:
Do you have areas in your mouth where food traps between the teeth?  Take a piece of floss and tie a knot in the floss.  Once you position the floss between the teeth, gently pull the knot through the area and it will pull out any food trapped in the area.
It’s very important to clean out these areas as soon as possible to the prevent a cavity or gum problems.   Have your dentist evaluate why food is catching in between the particular teeth.  It could be a loose filling, the tooth may have shifted or you may have a cavity.
